Introduction

The following policy is guidance for, and expectations from, the teachers in line with the Academy’s values and objectives. Every teacher wishes that their students learn from them the best they can. Each teacher employs their unique style and method of teaching. In fact there is no best style of teaching other than what suits the course and the students the best. It is not the intention of the Academy to dictate teachers exactly how to teach.

The Policy

Teachers should

  1. Foster a professional teacher student relationship within and outside of the Academy
  2. In addition to imparting knowledge, try as best as they can to inculcate good practices and character in their students

  8. Mark student attendance during or immediately after the class
  9. Try to identify individual student’s learning needs and styles and try to adjust teaching styles and methods accordingly as much as possible.
